    • Remaining amount ($8,500 + GST) due upon unconditional purchase.

    • EFT or cheque accepted.
  5. Deferral or Cancellation
    • Deferral: Services may be deferred up to 18 months with a guaranteed price freeze.
    • Cancellation: The upfront retainer is non-refundable.
  6. Privacy & Confidentiality
    • Client documents are securely stored.
    • No personal information is shared without consent.
    • Paid prices remain private upon request.
  7. Auction & Property Shortlist Clashes
    • Qualified bidders step in if conflicts arise.
    • Property briefs are not duplicated without disclosure.
  8. Referral Fees and Rebates 
    • All referral fees are fully disclosed.
    • Journey Advocacy never accepts third-party commissions or rebates.
  9. Professional Advice
    • Clients are responsible for engaging legal, financial, inspection, and planning professionals.
